Our Human Factors Courses
We offer a one-day course for a range of experts in their respective fields
Whether you’re a financial trader or an expert in another sector, we emphasise practical tools and opportunities to test them out - both in the classroom and in our full-motion flight and cabin simulators. ​
Training will include the three modules of Situational Awareness, Decision Making and Communication, with additional focus on the effects of our emotional response on all of these.
Mornings
We spend the morning in the classroom, using Virtual Reality content to illustrate and reinforce some of the learning.
This part will be highly interactive, with opportunities for you to discuss how you can implement the tools and learning in your own places of work.
Afternoons & evenings
After lunch there will be more classroom work, followed by a final simulator exercise to put all these lessons together in a high-fidelity, engaging and challenging scenario.
We provide a short feedback session, followed by a dinner at a local hotel with accommodation for delegates. We deliver a further evening reflection session in a more casual and non-jeopardy environment.
